Support Services Coordinator
Tyler (TJ) Hodges is Safety Net's newest Support Services Coordinator. He's also an aviation enthusiast and avid gamer. When he's not working hard to provide outstanding client service, you can find him at the airport, where he maintains a part-time job that allows him to indulge his love of planes - and travel!
TJ’s experience in the service industry, his patience, and his uncanny attention to detail make him a natural fit for his role. But it's his unique perspective on service that really sets him apart. Thanks to his work at the airport, TJ knows that when it comes to keeping clients happy, you need to provide service that “soars” above the rest. His coworkers would describe him as a super smart guy who is also a bubbly comedian at times.
When he's not providing exceptional service to our clients, you might find TJ playing Dungeons and Dragons, participating in local trivia competitions, or waiting for his spot on the standby list so he can hop a plane to an exciting destination! With his unique blend of skills and his passion for aviation, TJ is sure to take our client service experience to new heights.
