As Mitch goes about his workday, the song ‘Lean on Me’ by the famous Bill Withers might as well be playing in the background. As a Technical Alignment Manager, Mitch keeps the ship sailing smoothly by performing technology health assessments, working to align systems based on best practices, and carrying out security improvements. He also spends some time troubleshooting and patiently assisting clients with more complicated support requests.

As a North Central Michigan College Timberwolf, Mitch obtained his Associate degree. Before joining us here at Safety Net, Mitch served as a Network Administrator and worked on the IT Helpdesk in various professional environments. We can all count on Mitch to tell it like it his, he firmly believes honesty is the best policy, and we agree!

When he takes his “IT” hat off, Mitch can be found enjoying a nice jog or bike ride. He also appreciates the company of a good book. A great listener, an avid reader, and a lifelong learner, we know Mitch will continue to grow with Safety Net and take on any challenge thrown his way!
