Caroline Bull

Support Services Specialist

When you call for support and hear a kind, soothing voice on the other end, it's likely you've connected with Caroline. She may also slip up and answer your questions in Japanese, as she holds a unique certification from the government for the highest level of Japanese fluency available to foreigners!

While working toward a degree at Oakland University, Caroline interned at Michigan School of Psychology, performing both onsite and remote troubleshooting for students and faculty. She's is always learning - from studying languages (the kind you speak and the kind technology speaks), to finding ways to streamline tasks through PowerShell, we can count on her to contribute to excellence on our team. Since starting at Safety Net, she's earned industry certifications and is working toward others.

A self-described high-functioning introvert, Caroline brings a smile to colleagues through her genuine kindness and creativity. Using art as a means of relieving the stress of a busy day, she paints and draws with the best of them! Having gone from an internship to full-time in almost no time, we know she'll continue to do great things and flourish in her career. Our ultimate goal is to have her teach the anime fans at Safety Net to understand or speak Japanese! (Now that's called mentorship!)
