As a Your Net client, you’ll receive monthly dashboard-style executive reports to help monitor your system and set goals for the future. Pictured below is an example report and descriptions of some of the information it includes.
- OVERALL ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH: Summary of the general health of your network — we track several key metrics to make sure your systems are running optimally.
- NETWORK AVAILABILITY & WAN UTILIZATION: A measurement of your network and Internet connectivity uptime, so you know exactly how much time your site has been up and available.
- BACKUP CAPACITY & SUCCESS: Are all your files safe and backed up? Here we show you how successful your backups were during the reporting period.
- SERVER CAPACITY & AVAILABILITY: Lets you know if your data storage systems are nearing capacity, to allow for advance planning of necessary expansions or data cleanup.
- INCIDENTS & SUPPORT STATISTICS: What we’ve done for you in the reporting period, and, how quickly we’ve done it! This is a breakdown of proactive support, end-user support and general administration time.
